Who's chasing you?

We run for fun, not records. An easy 5K every Wednesday evening and Sunday morning on the Larnaka seafront, then coffee, food or a party. Every level is welcome.

2,100 runners follow along on Instagram. Larnaka since 2024, Madrid since October 2026.

I've never run 5K. Can I come?

Yes. The Chill group goes slowly with walk breaks, and a pacer always stays at the back. Plenty of people did their first 5K with us.

Does it cost anything?

Club runs are free. Some special events, like parties or race entries, have a ticket, and the event page always shows the price.

Where exactly do we meet?

Outside Makenzy Watersport on Mackenzie Beach in Larnaka, and at Parque del Oeste in Madrid. Look for the blue flag.

Do I need an account?

No, just turn up. Create an account if you want to RSVP, pick a pace group or show up on the Chase.

What if it rains or it's really hot?

We run in light rain. In summer we slow down and bring water. Any change goes out in the WhatsApp community and on the event page.

Can I bring a friend, a buggy or my dog?

Friends, always. Buggies have joined us before. Dogs are welcome on a short lead at the back of the group.

Is it in English or Greek?

Both. Runs in Larnaka are in English and plenty of us speak Greek. Madrid runs are in Spanish.
